Teaching Assistant
Fall 2022
Concordia University, Montreal, Canada
As a Teaching Assistant for this class, I supported students in designing autonomous hovercrafts for a competition, with prior course experience:
- I helped troubleshoot Arduino C++ code and resolve microcontroller issues in addition to addressing GPIO and IMU functionalities.
- Guiding students in making informed decisions such as optimal component selection, I emphasized autonomous performance, sensor integration, strategic fan usage and skirt design.
- Additionally, I assisted in resource research and preparation for the known competition track, ensuring their hovercrafts excelled in both technical and strategic aspects.
IT Business Analyst - ERP Business Process
Winter 2021
Capcium Inc., Montreal, Canada
- Administered and supported the ERP software Salesforce x Rootstock, enhancing system efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborated closely with the IT Department, reporting directly to an IT Business Analyst and Senior System Administrator, actively participating in discussions to address user issues and improve access.
- Developed and documented processes by conducting thorough investigations to gather missing information, ensuring accuracy and completeness in ERP documentation.
- Engaged in user testing within the "Sandbox" environment of Rootstock, gaining hands-on experience in data management and system testing, while recognizing critical differences between testing and production environments to avoid potential data integrity issues.
- Participated in every IT and ERP-related meeting, providing valuable insights and contributing to strategic decisions regarding resource management and system optimization.
- Utilized Microsoft Excel and Word to create organized, step-by-step documentation of processes contained in the Rootstock Site Map, a critical tool for managing user access and permissions within the system.
- Gained exposure to various software applications, including SolarWinds for network management, enhancing my technical skills and understanding of IT infrastructure
- Working in proximity with a large team of different position including Engineers of diverse fields
- Exposed to the dynamic environment of a start-up evolving in a competitive field
Intern
Fall 2019
BOMBARDIER Business aircraft sector - Engineering Standards - EWIS
- Collaborated with Installation Engineers and management to enhance communication and streamline processes within the Engineering Standards department.
- Gained in-depth knowledge of aerospace industry operations, focusing on Electrical Wiring and Interconnecting Systems (EWIS).
- Supported the development of Bombardier Aerospace Process Specifications (BAPS) by creating, updating, and reviewing detailed installation manuals, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Drafted and implemented B-Standards (B08s), which serve as technical sheets for standard Bombardier parts, providing comprehensive technical information and supplier details.
- Played a key role in managing electronic Bombardier Change Requests (eBCRs) by investigating and resolving potential errors in BAPS and B08 documents, preventing inefficiencies and ensuring high-quality standards.
- Developed an organized tracking system in Excel to facilitate collaboration with fellow interns, significantly improving workflow management for approximately 120 pending eBCRs.
- Successfully reviewed and processed multiple eBCRs, contributing to a notable reduction in the Engineering Standards group’s workload by addressing key requests, while also identifying issues that warranted further investigation or were deemed unnecessary due to design changes or cost implications.
Portfolio
This section displays a few of the projects I have worked on:
- All
- Software
- Electrical

Housing Price Prediction usinf Linear Regression
This project focuses on predicting housing prices using multiple machine learning models, including Linear Regression, Polynomial Regression, and Robust Regression. The dataset used for this project is the Boston Housing Dataset, a well-known dataset that contains various features of housing units in Boston, such as crime rate, average number of rooms, and property tax rates, among others.

Formula 1 Data Analysis
As part of an Azure Databricks and Spark Core course, I leveraged real-world Formula One data to build a complete data engineering pipeline. Key achievements include creating notebooks, dashboards, clusters, and jobs in Azure Databricks, transforming data using PySpark and Spark SQL, and implementing Azure Data Factory pipelines to automate processes. The project enhanced my expertise in certain Azure features, Databricks, Delta Lake, Azure Data Lake Gen2, and Lakehouse architecture.

Portfolio Website
Creating my website portfolio has been an exciting journey of applying and enhancing the CSS and HTML skills I've learned through self-study. Using a wonderful template as a foundation, I dedicated many hours to customizing and personalizing the design to fit my vision.

CPU Implementation
Design and implementation of a 32-bit RISC CPU based on the MIPS architecture using VHDL. The project was divided into four key phases:
ALU Design, Register File Design, Next-Address Unit and finally the full CPU using the previously built components.

API Trivia Quiz Game
This project is a Python-based trivia game built using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. The game fetches questions dynamically from an external API, allowing users to customize their experience by selecting the difficulty level, category, and number of questions.
Key features include: Customizable Settings, API Integration, Tkinter-based GUI, Scoring System, Modular Design

Arcade Snake Game
This python game was built using OOP. You can play the famous Arcade Snake Game!
The user interface uses the Turtle Graphical module.

IoT Automation System with MQTT
IoT system designed within a group of three. The system, triggered by an infrared sensor placed strategically near the bed, activates the coffee maker and lights based on predefined conditions, enhancing user convenience.
Smooth communication between the different components was achieved using the MQTT protocol and the publish/subscribe paradigm.
The hardware setup was built using with a motion detector, programmable smart plug, LEDs in addition to two STM32 boards acting as the publisher and subscriber.

Hyperloop Train
I contributed to a 15-member team developing a small-scale hyperloop train prototype without previous prototypes:
Our multidisciplinary approach, combining mechanical, computer, and electrical engineering expertise, led to the successful creation of a working prototype.
Noteworthy contributions include designing propulsion and levitation systems using coils with controlled current creating the necessary magnetic field with custom PCB design (using Altium Designer) responsible for controlling the coils on/off crucial timing, use of MOSFETS for the high switching capabilities, soldering experience, wire management, tracks, and vacuum tube design.
This project showcases my collaborative skills and ability to tackle complex engineering challenges.

French Syllables Game
Project completed in a team of two people. The game consistes of choosing a randomly selected word in a given dictionary, cutting the word in syllables, and displaying the syllables in a random order with tkinter - the user must reconstruct the word from the different syllables by clicking on the dynamic interface
